Integrative Wellness Center ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit mywellhealth.org (the "Site").
Your medical information. Protected health information you share with us as a patient is governed by federal law (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to patients and available at our office on request. This Privacy Policy covers the Site itself.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, request an appointment or sign up for text messages, you may provide your name, phone number, email address and the reason for your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting provider may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site secure and working well.
Cookies. The Site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, along with any set by embedded services described below.
2. Third-Party Services
Some features are provided by other companies with their own privacy policies:
- Online booking — PatientFusion
- New-patient forms — Dashquill
- Maps — Google Maps
- Fonts — Google Fonts
- Patient reviews display — a Google reviews widget provider, which may load content and set cookies from its own servers
- Website assistant — Anthropic (Claude), which generates the assistant's replies
When you use these services, your information is handled under their privacy policies and, where they act on our behalf with health information, under HIPAA business associate agreements.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our practice, when required by law, or to protect the safety of our patients and staff.
5. Email and Contact Forms
Messages you send by email or through the Site's contact form are not encrypted. Please do not include detailed medical information. For urgent matters, call us. In an emergency, call 911.
5a. Website Assistant (AI)
The Site offers a virtual assistant that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to answer general questions about our practice. It is not a person, not a clinician and not medical advice, and it cannot see or change appointments or records.
- What happens to your messages. What you type is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. We do not store the conversation on our website, and it is cleared when you close or leave the page. Our provider processes messages under its own commercial terms.
- Please do not share personal health information (symptoms, conditions, medications, test results, dates of birth or insurance details) in the assistant. To discuss your health, call or text us or book an appointment.
- Accuracy. AI replies can be incomplete or wrong. Please confirm important details with our office.
- Crisis and emergencies. The assistant is not monitored by staff. In an emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.
8. Your Choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask about information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
