Integrative Wellness Centers provides in-person and virtual (telehealth) access to licensed providers for the following services:

- Primary Care: Including general health assessments, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
All services are delivered by licensed professionals in accordance with state and federal regulations.

- We do not provide 24/7 crisis support.

6. Appointments, Cancellations & Fees
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, online portal, or in-person.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-show or late cancellation fees may apply as outlined in our Appointment Policy.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept certain insurance plans and self-pay options. It is your responsibility to verify coverage.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
